Russian President Vladimir Putin says that Russia is closely watching the full U.S. election campaign. The Russian leader also added that both Clinton and Trump are smart and very intelligent enough to pass their messages across to the Americans who are eligible to vote.

Putin further added that Russia is ready to work with any U.S. president elected in November, provided that they are also ready to work with the Russian government.

He further talked about ISIS and the Syrian war, the President of Russia says that ISIS are being paid to fight, they occupy oil fields.
