Police arrest two little boys aged 10 & 7 for allegedly raping & killing a 1 year old girl in Cameroon

Two little boys have been arrested for allegedly raping and killing a one year old girl in Cameroon. Police in Kumbe Balindo, Ndian Division in the South West region of the country paraded the boys, aged 7 and 10, who shockingly admitted to the act. But in what world can a 7 year old boy have erection enough to rape? What nonsense?
According to Cameroon Intelligence Report, after raping the girl, the little boys forced her body into a pit latrine and then hit her with a stick until she died. However, a traditional ruler in the area is of the opinion that 'the young boys cannot get an erection and are not capable of destroying the late baby’s private as medical reports indicated.'

Some also believe that someone is possibly using the children to 'hide a ritual crime.' Watch a video for the boys admitting to the crime below...

Read President Obama Statement on North Korea's September 9 Nuclear Test
U.S. President Barack Obama has released a statement concerning North Korea September 9 nuclear test.
Read statement below..
The United States condemns North Korea's September 9 nuclear test in the strongest possible terms as a grave threat to regional security and to international peace and stability. North Korea stands out as the only country to have tested nuclear weapons this century. Today's test, North Korea's second this year, follows an unprecedented campaign of ballistic missile launches, which North Korea claims are intended to serve as delivery vehicles for nuclear weapons targeting the United States and our allies, the Republic of Korea and Japan. As Commander in Chief, I have a responsibility to safeguard the American people and ensure that the United States is leading the international community in responding to this threat and North Korea's other provocations with commensurate resolve and condemnation.
To be clear, the United States does not, and never will, accept North Korea as a nuclear state. Far from achieving its stated national security and economic development goals, North Korea's provocative and destabilizing actions have instead served to isolate and impoverish its people through its relentless pursuit of nuclear weapons and ballistic missile capabilities. Today's nuclear test, a flagrant violation of multiple UN Security Council Resolutions, makes clear North Korea's disregard for international norms and standards for behavior and demonstrates it has no interest in being a responsible member of the international community.
Last night I returned from the G-20 and East Asia Summit meetings in Asia, where my counterparts and I were united in our call for North Korea to return to the path of denuclearization. Upon hearing the news of the test, I had the opportunity to consult separately via phone with Republic of Korea (ROK) President Park Geun-Hye and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. We agreed to work with the UN Security Council, our other Six-Party partners, and the international community to vigorously implement existing measures imposed in previous resolutions, and to take additional significant steps, including new sanctions, to demonstrate to North Korea that there are consequences to its unlawful and dangerous actions. I restated to President Park and Prime Minister Abe the unshakable U.S. commitment to take necessary steps to defend our allies in the region, including through our deployment of a Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) battery to the ROK, and the commitment to provide extended deterrence, guaranteed by the full spectrum of U.S. defense capabilities.
Video: NASA Astronaut Jeff Williams Returns to Earth after 172 days in International Space Orbit
NASA astronaut Jeff Williams safely landed back on Earth on Tuesday night after setting a new record for the most time spent in space by an American.
The NASA astronaut, along with Oleg Skripochka and Alexey Ovchinin of Russia's space agency Roscosmos, departed from the International Space Station at 5:51 p.m. ET and touched down three hours later on the steppe of Kazakhstan aboard Russia's Soyuz TMA-20M spacecraft.
At the point of their landing, at 9:13 p.m. ET, Williams had added 172 days to his four-spaceflight career, bringing his total time off the planet to 534 days, 2 hours and 48 minutes. The previous record holder, Scott Kelly, logged a three-flight total of 520 days, 10 hours and 30 minutes in March.
Landing about 90 miles southeast of the Kazakh town of Dzhezkazgan, the trio were met by Russian recovery team members, who helped them out of their capsule and into chairs to begin their readjustment to gravity.
The crew's trip home marked the official end of the space station's Expedition 48 and the start of Expedition 49.
"We've enjoyed a great stay up here over the last almost six months," Williams said during a change of command ceremony Monday. "We especially enjoyed our stay with the entire crew of Expedition 48."
"I appreciate, Jeff, your efforts as the station's commander. You really did much to ensure success of the expedition," said Anatoly Ivanishin, commander of Expedition 49.
NASA also put it to twitter to welcome their new record-breaking to Earth.

Watch video of Katy Perry emotional surprise for an Orlando shooting Survivor
Tony Merrero a survivor of Orlando shooting was at Ellen show and made it known to audience that recently listening to Katy Perry's "Rise" helped him during his recovery. Tony Morrero was shot four times in the back during the Orlando night club shooting in June and miraculously survived the shooting.
He said "The lyrics to that song are so powerful."
The 30-year old didn't expect what happened next at Ellen show, though Ellen asked him " You want to meet Katy."
And after that , Katy showed up, she walked out on stage, waving to the audience. Katy and Merrero fell into each others arms, weeping.
"Your story is so inspirational," she told him once they were seated and somewhat composed.
It truly is, Marrero was one of the lucky ones, because 49 people were killed on the night of the shooting at the Pulse nightclub in an attack that specifically targeted members of the LGBTQ community. He lost his best friend, Luis.
"We were just about to leave and as soon as we started heading to the door, that's when we heard the gunshots," Marrero told DeGeneres. "Me and Luis, we looked at each other and we just hit the ground. That's the last time I saw him."
As he told Perry, "I just want to say 'thank you' for everything you do. Your lyrics to "Rise" helped me from the day I was in the hospital all the way to now."
But that wasn't the only surprise he had coming to him. Marrero, who aspires to make movies, got a big present from Perry.
Katy Perry put to twitter and wrote "I was so inspired by @OnePulseTony story & strength that I had to meet him,"
See Kay's tweet below
