'Give Caesar what is for the Caesar' - My advice for President Muhammadu Buhari
I have said it many times, leave this woman alone, let this woman be, defreeze her account and let her be, because she is from part of the country that they believe that they deserve more than what they are getting. They believe that they are the one feeding Nigeria. Which is true. All our oil is gotten from that Niger-Delta area.
Threatening this woman might lead to something we don't want, it might lead to crisis that we might not recover from it for years to come. 'Give Caesar what is for the Caesar.' Nigeria should learn from Syria, Libya, People of Sudan, Ukraine. These countries i have mentioned have been fighting separatist, rebels and militants for more than 3 years, because of lack of mutual agreement, lack of mutual understanding. We have rebels, and militants in Nigeria, we don't want separatist because Niger-Delta might become a separatist region. They might start calling themselves Niger -Delta people's republic. We don't want Niger-Delta to separate from Nigeria.
President Buhari defeated former president, Goodluck Jonathan in the presidential election, he handed-over the government peacefully because, he doesn't want war. No African sitting president would ever handover government peacefully to incoming government, due to their greed and power motivation.
I doubt it, if President Buhari himself would had ever handover a government to another government, if he was to be the defeated sitting president in 2015. Buhari should look for ways to settle this problem with Niger-Delta militants with mutual understanding and mutual agreement. Facing them with military will totally lead to war.
An example is Ukraine, There is a region in Ukraine called Donbass region, located in Donetsk Oblast , Eastern Ukraine. The fact is that 70 percent of Ukraine economy is from that Area. It is the richest area in Ukraine and one of the richest region in Europe. The problem started when the people of Donbass thinks that they were not getting enough from their government, because they believed that all the natural resources like coal, iron, gold and many other natural resources is from Donbass region. They had disagreement, misunderstanding between them and the government. It led to crisis, and eventually led to creation of Donetsk people republic. They've separated themselves and still unsettled. Thousands of people lost their lives to this crisis.
Ukraine has been struggling to have the region back, because they know that it is an important region for them. My advice for president Buhari and EFCC is to leave Patience Jonathan alone, because she is not the first politician to have looted money. Tinubu has an Hotel on the Atlantic ocean that worth more than $20 million , Obasanjo have investments worth more than $200 million. They all became excessive rich from 1999 to 2007.
Let Jonathan family be, if we don't want crisis that might lead to war. Niger Delta militants continues to threaten because Patience Jonathan is from Niger-Delta.
There are many peaceful ways to solve this out. We don't want war in Nigeria, we don't want crisis in Nigeria. We don't want Nigeria to tear apart. Please, President Buhari, let Patience Jonathan be and defreeze her account. Period.

Racism row: Samuel Eto'o dropped by Club over his Instagram post about not being respected 'because he's black'
Former Cameroon captain and former Chelsea striker Samuel Eto'o has been dropped by his club, Antalyaspor, after he claimed on social media that people didn't respect him because of his skin colour. According to AFP, the Turkish top flight said that Eto’o would be left out of the squad until further notice in a bitter row over comments on social media.
Two days ago, the football star, who moved to Antalyaspor in June 2015 posted a screenshot image of his achievement, all the cups he has won, along with a caption written in Turkish:
"Reminder – perhaps some people do not feel respect for me because I am black. But I am not going to come down from the level I have reached. I have been in this game for 18 years,"
The 35-year-old did not specify to whom he was targeting his criticism but later posted another message insisting it was not directed at Antalyaspor Chairman Ali Safak Öztürk. But Antalyaspor said in a terse statement on its website that a meeting of its board had decided to leave Eto’o out of the squad until further notice.
Turkish commentators had interpreted the remarks of Eto’o as a response to apparent criticism by Öztürk of his performance in the early season. The three-time Champions League winner has failed to lead his side to any kind of success with just one point from four matches

"No player is above the interests of Antalyaspor. Everyone must know their place," the chairman was quoted as saying." said Ozturk.

Here is the video of the black man shot dead by Tulsa Police --- Tulsa Police Shooting
Less than a week after an unarmed black man was shot dead by a white police officer on a Tulsa street, prosecutors charged the officer with first-degree manslaughter, a decision that may prevent unrest in a city with a long history of tense race relations.
Officer Betty Shelby "reacted unreasonably" when she fatally shot 40-year-old Terence Crutcher on Sept. 16, prosecutors wrote in an affidavit filed with the charge Thursday. Police also quickly provided videos of the shooting to black community leaders and members of Crutcher's family before releasing them to the public.
Crutcher died from a "penetrating gunshot wound of chest," the Oklahoma state medical examiner's office said Friday, classifying his death as a homicide. Spokeswoman Amy Elliott said a full autopsy report and toxicology results are not yet complete.
The swift action in Tulsa stands in contrast to Charlotte, North Carolina, where police refused Thursday under mounting pressure to publicly release video of this week's fatal shooting of Keith Lamont Scott, another black man, and the National Guard was called in after violent protests. Demonstrations in Tulsa since Crutcher's death have been consistently peaceful.
Tulsa Mayor Dewey Bartlett praised the police department for quickly providing evidence to District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler's office.Prosecutors say Officer Betty Shelby "reacted unreasonably" when she shot Terence Crutcher https://t.co/4tardOh7rV pic.twitter.com/xZ5ZIsySga— Yahoo News (@YahooNews) September 23, 2016
"These are important steps to ensure that justice and accountability prevails," Bartlett said in a statement, adding the city will "continue to be transparent."
Prosecutors' motivation may have been partly to allay outrage and avoid the kind of violence Charlotte has seen, said Phil Turner, a Chicago-based defense attorney and former federal prosecutor. "But I don't think the charge was only to give the crowd some blood. ... No. I think (prosecutors) must have thought charges were warranted," he said.
If convicted, Shelby faces between four years and life in prison. She was booked in the Tulsa County jail at 1:11 a.m. Friday and released 20 minutes later after posting $50,000 bond, according to jail records.
Crutcher's twin sister, Tiffany Crutcher, said her family is pleased with the charge, but she and her attorneys want a vigorous prosecution that leads to a conviction.
Family attorney Damario Solomon-Simmons said, "the family wants and deserves full justice. Not only for this family, not only for Terence but to be a deterrent for law officers all around this nation to know that you cannot kill unarmed citizens."
Shelby's attorney, Scott Wood, did not immediately respond to telephone messages seeking comment on the charges.
Dashcam and aerial footage of the shooting and its aftermath showed Crutcher walking away from Shelby with his arms in the air. The footage does not offer a clear view of when Shelby fired the single shot.
Her attorney has said Crutcher was not following police commands and that Shelby opened fire when the man began to reach into his SUV window. But Crutcher's family immediately discounted that claim, saying the father of four posed no threat. Police said Crutcher did not have a gun on him or in his vehicle.
The affidavit filed Thursday indicates that Shelby "cleared the driver's side front" of Crutcher's vehicle before she began interacting with him, suggesting she may have known there was no gun on the driver's side of the vehicle.
Shelby told homicide investigators that "she was in fear for her life and thought Mr. Crutcher was going to kill her. When she began following Mr. Crutcher to the vehicle with her duty weapon drawn, she was yelling for him to stop and get on his knees repeatedly," the affidavit said.
Prosecutors offered two possible theories: Shelby killed Crutcher impulsively in a fit of anger or wrongly killed him as she sought to detain him. Lee F. Berlin, a Tulsa-based defense lawyer and a former assistant district attorney in Oklahoma, said prosecutors could present both theories or may decide to move forward with only one and let jurors decide.
Shelby, who joined the Tulsa Police Department in December 2011, was en route to a domestic violence call when she encountered Crutcher's vehicle abandoned in the middle of a city street. Shelby did not activate her patrol car's dashcam, so no footage exists of what happened before other officers arrived.
The footage shows Crutcher approaching the driver's side of the SUV, then more officers walk up and Crutcher appears to lower his hands and place them on the vehicle. A man inside a police helicopter says: "That looks like a bad dude, too. Probably on something."
Police Sgt. Dave Walker has said investigators found a vial of PCP in Crutcher's vehicle. Shelby's attorney has said that Shelby completed drug-recognition expert training and thought Crutcher was acting like he might be under the influence of PCP. Attorneys for Crutcher's family said even if there were drugs in the car, it wouldn't justify the shooting.
In the videos, the officers surround Crutcher, who suddenly drops to the ground. A voice on the police radio says: "Shots fired!" The officers back away and Crutcher is left unattended for about two minutes before an officer attends to him.
Tulsa's troubled race relations dates to the 1921 race riot that left about 300 black residents dead. As recently as 2013, a City Council vote to rename the city's glitzy arts district, which had been named after the son of a Confederate veteran and Ku Klux Klan member, drew vehement opposition.
Earlier this year, a white former volunteer deputy with the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office was sentenced to four years in prison after he was convicted of second-degree manslaughter in the 2015 shooting death of Eric Harris, who was also black and unarmed.
Kunzweiler, the Tulsa prosecutor, emphasized that, "despite the heightened tensions felt by all, which seemingly beg for an emotional response and reaction, our community has consistently demonstrated the willingness to respect the judicial process."

Here are the reasons Warren Buffett is giving his billions away: Read
Warren Buffett, chairman and the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, co-founder of 'The Giving Pledge.' A philanthropic initiative he co-founded with Bill Gates and Melinda Gates.
The pledge asks the world's wealthiest people to dedicate the majority of their wealth to philanthropy.
One fellow he spoke to was on the fence, and his wife wasn't keen on it, Buffett said at the 2016 Concordia Summit in New York on Tuesday. But their children asked them to do it, and they agreed to give their fortunes away.
That memory stuck with Buffett, who asks those who agree to the pledge to write letters explaining why they've chosen to spread their wealth rather than keep it in the family.
Buffet said he doesn't want his grandchildren to sit on their laurels, knowing that their grandpa's wealth has them set.
"The world delivers very unequal results. I am a white man, born in the US, and I was wired to do well in a capitalistic world, but it shouldn't enable my Buffett grandchildren to do nothing but to fan themselves," Buffett said.
"I'm sitting with a bunch of certificates of Berkshire Hathaway that I bought 55 years ago. They're sitting on a safety deposit box. They have no utility to me. They can't do anything for me nor my family. Here's a lot of money that has no real utility to me, but has enormous utility to hundreds and millions of people around the world — for education, research, healthcare. They can change the lives of other people, but not for my life — anything I can buy, I have. So there is a million uses for that money that can really change people's lives." Buffett pitch to billionaires.
There are now 156 people signed on to the pledge, including prominent figures in the finance and technology world like Carl Icahn and Sheryl Sandberg.
When Buffett was asked if he had tried to recruit presidential candidates Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, he said:
"I don't think the Clinton's are on the Forbes list. And Trump was on the Forbes list, but he seems to have an active argument about exactly where he should be placed. He is not one I have called. I'm not sure whether Bill's called him or not. We've probably called a majority of the names, but maybe we haven't gotten to the Ts yet. ... Maybe he'll call us!"

Daughter, 3, Promises to Keep Seat Belt on After Mom Reports Her to police
This little lawbreaker is guaranteed to stay on the straight and narrow after her worried mother called the cops to lecture her on why seat-belt safety is so important.
3-year-old Camille Fortin of Scottsdale, Arizona, was in her booster seat as her mom was driving when suddenly, she popped off her seatbelt.
"All of a sudden, her brother, who was sitting next to her yells, 'Mommy, mommy, she unbuckled her seat-belt," her mom Michelle Fortin said, according to KPHO.
Fortin immediately pulled over to buckle her back in, but she then came up with an idea to assure her young toddler wouldn't break free again.
"This was something that would hurt her,.Her safety was at risk, so I took it for what it was a teachable moment." Her mom said.
"I got home, and called the police, and turned her in," The little lawbreaker mom said.
The Scottsdale Police Department responded to the family's call like any other incident and sent an officer to handle the situation.
"We don't know what other drivers will do. Other drivers might not pay attention and run into the back of your mom or side of the car, and if you were not buckled, your body is going to hit something." An officer lectured her when he arrived on the scene.
Even though Fortin said some might think reporting her own daughter to was "an extreme choice," the tough love clearly worked on little Camille.
"I promise I will keep my seatbelt on," little Camille said.
