Nollywood Actor, Kalu Ikeagwu was arrested by police following a robbery homicide case

Security agents arrest actor Kalu Ikeagwu following a robbery and homicide case. According  to reports that Nollywood actor Kalu Ikeagwu was abducted by gunmen in front of the gate of his house in Ogba area of Lagos around yesterday afternoon, he was allegedly arrested by security agents following a robbery and homicide case.

According to Encomium Magazine, the newly married actor was arrested by security agents, in front of his house in Ogba area of Lagos around 3:40pm, yesterday, following a robbery and homicide case.

He explained to his worried neighbours that his personal assistant bought a stolen phone from Computer Village in Ikeja, and the thieves reportedly killed one of the victims of the robbery.

He told neighbours that the crime happened in Abuja, and the phone was traced to Lagos by the security agents who later came for him since his address and name were used during the purchase.

One of the neighbours told Encomium that his arrest was in the afternoon after he dropped his step daughter at home from school. He had parked his car at the gate, dropped the girl with her mother as if he was on his way out again.

He was said to have received a call from one of the operatives who had been waiting for him. And as soon as he stepped out of the gate, he was asked if indeed he was Kalu Ikeagwu, and he confirmed his identity.

He was politely invited, but was about arguing with them when they brought out their guns. Neighbours who had tried to step in, stood back as soon as they saw the guns. He was ferried away in a bus.

By the time they left, his wife was crying. When he returned, he went round neighbours to thank them and also explain what actually happened.

Watch the full video of the first U.S. presidential debate between Hillarry Clinton and Donald Trump

Democrat nominee, Hillary Clinton and Republican nominee, Donald Trump had face to face debate at the first presidential debate yesterday 26th September. U.S. Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's probability of winning the White House gained in online betting markets following the first debate of the campaign on Monday night between her and Republican Donald Trump.

A Clinton contract on the popular PredictIt betting market gained 6 cents from the previous day's level to 69 cents, while a contract favoring Donald Trump's prospects for victory tumbled 7 cents to 31 cents. Contracts are priced from 0 cents to 100 cents, with the contract price equating to a probability of whether that candidate will win the Nov. 8 election.

The price swings for both candidates were the largest since early August, and placed Clinton's lead in that market at the widest in about two weeks.

Clinton's prospects also improved on the Irish betting site Paddy Power.

About halfway through Monday's debate, she was shown as a 1-to-2 favorite, and those odds shortened to 4-to-9 in the moments after the debate ended. Trump's odds lengthened to 23-to-10 from 9-to-4.

The swing following the debate put the brakes on a big Trump price rally on PredictIt that coincided with a tightening in most public opinion polls. The implied probability of him winning had risen to 38 cents on Sunday from just 28 cents at the end of August.

Bets on Trump fell as low as 5 cents on February but went up as high as 44 cents in May. Bets on Clinton, the persistent favorite in most wagering markets, went as low as 37 cents in January and as high as 79 cents in August.
