Nigeria Police Force set to sue a man who name his dog after Country's President Buhari.

“His action is a provocative one and that is why the suspect will be charged for conduct likely to cause breach of public peace." A statement released by the Ogun State Police force department.

The spokesperson of the police in Ogun State, Abimbola Oyeyemi, told PREMIUM TIMES that after investigations, the police concluded that the man’s actions could cause a “breach of public peace.”

The accused whose name is Joe Chinakwe, 30 years old was arrested last week after a neighbour complained that he named his dog Buhari.
The suspect will be charge to court on Monday to forestall breach of public peace.
