Video:Taylor Swift top the World's Highest-Paid Female Musician Again

Taylor Swift, 26, continues her reign of world domination as this year's highest-paid woman in music, according to Forbes. In its annual ranking, Swift's earnings between June of 2015 and 2016 are estimated at $170 million thanks to a record-breaking North American tour (all told, Swift is said to have pulled in more than a quarter of a billion dollars over the course of her global 1989 trek) and endorsement deals with mega-brands like Keds, Diet Coke and Apple.
Not only is Swift the top earner of this year -- she won the race by a landslide. Adele, 28, comes in at No. 2 with a still-impressive $80.5 million, the highest earnings of her career, due to massive album sales and a worldwide tour.
Elsewhere on the list, Las Vegas residencies continue to be a highly lucrative business move. Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, Shania Twain and Celine Dion have each earned high-powered places in the top 10 -- ranging from $39.5 to $27 million -- with their Sin City shows. see the full list here
Believe it or not, it's been just 10 years since a then-curly-haired Swift hit the music scene with her debut album. Taylor Swift would offer fans their first taste of the future breakup-anthem-queen's wise-beyond-her-years lyrics, featured on the singles "Tim McGraw," "Teardrops on My Guitar," "Picture to Burn" and "Should've Said No." The then-16-year-old also showed off her sweet side with the infectious "Our Song."
Today, the album has achieved 5x multi-platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America.
